Leasehold Management Officer is responsible for dealing with Leasehold Management issues such as:1) Service Charge Account queries 2) Dealing with disputes over service provision and resolving them with service provider 3) Subletting enquiries 4) Alteration requests 5) Nuisance 6) Complaints 7) Giving advice about damage and our responsibilites for leasehold repairs. The person should be confident with dealing with customers on the phone, in person and in writing. And have experience of working in a target driven customer focused environment.
